Quality Organization

The structure of quality organization of Han Tang: directly leaded by CEO and purchasing department, Participated by production department, technology department and quality department.

Quality assurance process

Han Tang quality assurance is fully participated in the process of quality control, and quality control is divided into three steps: 

1. IQC
Criteria of IQC is properly made by technology department and checked by the Quality Department of IQC, in accordance with established standards, before large scale purchase, sample of incoming material is strictly tested to ensure it can meet our technical standards. If the sample is ok, we require our suppliers offer the large scale production according to the sample, and the incoming material are strictly checked by our IQC before production. 

2. Production Process Control
Technology department made the entire operation instructions of production process, which includes: "LED display test instructions", "LED display assembly operation instructions", "LED display work instructions for glue-pouring", "LED display aging test instructions", " LED display packaging operations guide book" .
All of the production employees get a rigorous pre-job training, and work instructions can be carried out strictly , after finishing each process, the QC department need to inspect products  according to the operation instruction, which will be passed to next process after the products are strictly checked.

3. Project installation and after-sale service
Under construction, The Led Display installation strictly conforms to the LED display Installation requirement. After the LED Screen is completely installed, we will make survey of the satisfaction from our clients and improve our products and service according to their precious advice. In a word, your suggestions are the basis of our products and service improvement.
